Our Executive Leadership program is designed to help you learn how to develop strategy, succession planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, people development, and most important, achieving company objectives and goals.

Our process starts with meeting with the CEO / owner to understand what the role of the new leader will be and how they will be measured. What are their current skill sets for executive leadership and where are their areas for growth? What will they be tasked to do in the first year? We then create a plan that covers the core responsibilities of the leader and then move into the specific skill sets that they require to be an effective executive. Topics range from executive communication, developing corporate strategy, financial analysis and reporting, and effective business reviews. We work with the student to ensure they are ready to provide leadership to the company and the CEO to ensure profitable growth and results.
